JUDGE’S STATEMENT:

“I really enjoy the texture, color and composition of this work. This artist creates a nice combination with her use of mixed media, which appears to be watercolor and pastel with the shimmer of well placed metallics. The unfinished edges of the painting and the artist’s choice in framing creates a unique technique in which to exhibit this well executed piece.”
